Question
Hi im Ian and i just started playing basketball for a team. I want to learn the correct technique to shoot the ball how to hold it when shooting and also how to do the spin or pivot without travelling.

Shooting:
You have to use your good hand for to release and your other hand for guidence. You have to make sure, are you strong, weak, or are you in the middle and you MUST be honest with yourself. If you are strong do not use you knees, if your in the middle use your knees and arms both, and if your weak, it's gotta be all knees. I am more of a defensive speacialist so I dont know how to tell a player how to spin and pivot without traveling, I'd be more help if you asked how to make another player travel while spinning and pivoting.

I don`t know much about how to cover players better on man to man because I don`t have much luck with that but am tremendous on strategizing on what kind of zone to play.
