Question
Hello I'm 15 years old and about 6-2 tall.I can barely touch the rim on a 10 foot hoop.I woud like to know if you can help me to increase my vertical jump.I'll be very thenkfull if you can help me!Thanks

Answer
Ivan,
Try to be as physically fit as possible. Eat healthy and do supervised physical training with a local coach or personal trainer. Try wieght training, plyometrics (look this up on the web), sprinting, running up/down strairs and hills. Also don't forget plain old jumping! Jump rope, touch the rim as much as possible in 60 seconds, jump lines-ropes-hoops-etc. Ask your local Physical Education teacher about my answer to see how they might be helpful!
Good Luck!

P.S Make sure you learn to jump off both feet individually and together! For example to make a left handed layup you must jump off your right foot! For a "power layup you should jump off both feet together!
