Question
i want to join a private neighborhoood league to hav a coach teach me, but my parents cant afford it and all the expenses that come after
so i was wondering, if i hav a coach when i hav my own money, like around 18 or so, can i still be good at basketball or to be good u hav to start early?

Answer
Hi Han,

It is never to late to start working on your game but of course players that started before you will have an advantage as they have been working longer. You can work on your game by yourself or with a friend until you can afford what you are looking for in trainer. Here is a good website that gives you a lot of tips on basketball drills and fundamentals. It is free so just copy and paste in your address bar and check it out.

Depending on your age right now, there should be some kind of free basketball leagues that you can participate in around you area. You might meet a coach that will work with you for free. Good luck!
