Who wore jersey number 32 during the 1991-1993 timeframe?  It was the person who played against Jordan, number 23, in the playoffs or finals?

I'm afraid you'll have to be a little more specific than that. There were probably 20 different players with number 32 in that timeframe, including Jordan's teammate Will Perdue. Magic Johnson also wore #32, and Jordan played against him in the 1991 NBA Finals.
