Actually, I have two:
1. What NBA player scored the most points on his Birthday?

2. What NBA player scored the most points on Friday the 13th?

for both questions I need the player, the points, and the team -- these are the bonus questions on my next test, and I haven't been able to find the answers. Thanks!

Dear Becky,
I'm not sure if you're referring to career totals, or single records.  If you're looking for career totals, I recommend contacting the NBA to see what they have in their archives.  If you're looking for single game highs, here's what I found:

1.The single game points record by an NBA player on his birthday is held by the Los Angeles Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal, who scored 61 points on March 6, 2000, his 28th birthday in a Laker victory of the L.A. Clippers

2.The most points I could find by an NBA player in a game on Friday the 13th was 49, by Tracy McGrady of the Orlando Magic on April 13, 2001 in a loss to the Washington Wizards.
