"Moving Screen" might not be the right name for this but it seems to several of us that a player should not be permitted to "run interference" for his teammate who has the ball by moving parallel to his teammate between his teammate and a defender thereby gaining an unfair advantage.  It might not be a moving screen foul since there is no contact but it surely seems to be a violation because an unfair advantage is gained...and it ought to result in a loss of possession.
