Expert: Lee Roy Fagan - 4/28/2006

I remember reading a few years back about a guy who was called something like "the best basketball player to never play in the NBA", someone who could do crazy dunks and had an amazing vertical, according to some NBA players (I believe Jason Kidd was one of them).  I don't remember this guy's name--does this sound familiar, and if so do you know his name?

At the time that LaBron James came out of highschool there was another player that was susposedly even beter than him.  I do not remem,ber his name.  He tried to make it with several CBA teams, but it never panned out.  I cannot recall his name.  Sorry
