Question
Dear jennifer ~

I would really like to go to baylor, and become a pead. nurse working with all the tiny kids with cancer. My sister is 12, and she is getting letters from Duke University. I was wondering how do I get noticed by all the top schools ?

Answer
Normally if you've taking the PSAT, SAT, or ACT, there's an option to check a box for them to give your name out to interested schools (or some of them do it without your consent).  You could also send away for information from the specific school you like, and they'll keep you on their mailing list for future things that might interest you too.  Sometimes these schools will contact you just because they've gotten a list of people with good test scores, or your high school might have listed you as a top student.  There are a lot of ways to get noticed by schools, but the easiest way to make sure your favorites schools are looking at you is to request information from them, and they'll go from there.

Baylor has a good website, at http:/www.baylor.edu and a section of that is for prospective students at http://www.baylor.edu/pstudent.html

Good luck!
