Question
First:  Do you have any ideas about personalizing a beaded piece.  a small charm, maybe.  If you can come up with something, where could I buy it?  Also, I usually go to Santa Fe, because of the price, do you have any suggestions. Mostly real stone beads.  Thanks so so much.

Answer
Dear Patti - Personalizing is, well, very personal.  What strikes you?  A charm or a stone are both good ideas.  You can often find charms or focal pieces these days as add-ons which have a clasp that you can put on and remove easily.  claw   Check with your local craft suppliers or ask where they sell the stone beads.  Most bead sellers would be happy to make one for you or show you how to make your own and what tools to buy.  This is an example of a pendant which can be removed:

Get several and enjoy a versatile piece of jewelry.  If you need further help, please feel free to ask again.  Cheers!
