Question Hi,
I am currently working on starting a business-working slowly of course-and I am looking for wholesale beads (the majority of them are awareness pendants and beads). I am trying ebay, but is there any other places or websites that sell these things?
Thanks and take care,
Christine
Answer Dear Christine - It is hard to find actual wholesale beads, unless you are willing to spend several hundred dollars. You also would need a tax number. There are some great bead sources available that have pretty good prices and most go down in price the more you buy.
I have used Rio Grande for many years - good inventory, excellent quality.
Also try Fire Mountain Gems. This place is great because they allow you to choose different colors of the same bead design for the discount/quantity price.
Shipwreck beads is another good source.
All of these places have many sizes and types of beads. It would be a good place to start.
Good luck and feel free to try back if need be.
