Question I have been makeing crystal stretch rings with a med. size crystal cube in the center bicones on each side andsmall round crystals to complete the ring. I tie a square knot or a double knot inbetween the bicone and the center stone, i dab it with cement adhesive on knot and then on inside of each bicone so as to fit snuggly to center stone. They keep breaking, can you give me some advice?
Answer What thread are you using?
I would use fireline - the biggest you can use without thread showing or holes filling up. I seldom knot and I almost never glue a bead. Maybe a seed bead can be put between the knot and the bicone.
