Answer John, I have not heard of beaglesunlimited. I recommend that you visit the breed in person. What is the conditions of the facilities? Are the puppies around humans? Are the parents on site? (it's not uncommon for the sire to not be on site). See if the breeder interviews YOU or if they will sell a beagle to anyone with cash.
After reviewing the website they seem like a reputable breeder. Most reputable breeder has a contract and I see that they do have one. Ask to see the parents vet certificate.
I would recommend asking the breeder if they know any health problems in beagles (beagles unlimited has already answered this question. I posted it for other people reviewing the q&a). This will let you know if they know what they are doing or operating a puppy mill. The website you listed has genetic problems listed for beagles. The worst answer a breeder can give is "No". This breeder has listed a wealth of information.
I can't say this is a reputable breeder BUT, from the website they seem so and it is well worth reviewing them farther.
