Question my beagle is nearly 2 years old and of recent has had a couple of funny turns, he seems scared in the house tail between his legs and sniffing the air alot very slow to go into certain areas have you any thoughts on this
Answer Ian I really don't know about your situation. I would look to see if you can figure out what he is afraid of. Is anything new in your house? or different?
I once had a beagle that seemed afraid to eat. He would grab food out of the bowl and run away to eat. It took a little while to figure out he was afraid of his refection in his new shine metal bowl. Needless to say I had to feed him in a plastic bowl.
