Question
hello my one year old dragon has been rubbing her snout like crazy and it seemed at first it wasnt a problem until one day i noticed her upper snout was a blood color and seemed to be pushed back a little. her lower jaw has always drooped a little [she was a rescue and we are unaware of what exactly happend] but now it looks much worse. we have wood vivs so i think that helped cause the damage. how could i clean and make sure her snout doesnt get infected? shes not the smartest of all our bearded dragons and i think she will countinue to rub, how can i stop this? please respond soon

Answer
Hello, sorry for the late response. I was on a small weekend trip. The wood is probably what caused this. If you can get a anti bacteria ointment or spray that will help. Your best bet right now is to see a vet for meds. I would advise a glass enclosure to prevent this from happening again.

I have owned 7 bearded dragons. For 6 straight years, I have had my first male and female that i have been raising. Raising my male and female have been such an experience!
