Question
My female dragon seems to be finally no longer having clutches she had about 9 clutches this year I tried to stop her after the first 2 by removing the male ( with no luck she still layed ) what I was wondering is do u think she will lay next year or do I have to remove the male again but before the season starts this time or is it just a case of her laying every year or do they only lay once thanks

Answer
Hello, bearded dragon females will lay a few clutches every season. The season usually comes up once a year and bearded dragon females can hold sperm for a very long time. The male and female cannot be housed together. If you have them living together separate them. You can also try giving her a break with mating this next season.
