Beatles, The/john lennon

Question
I have a post card that fell out of one of my Imagine albums years ago, no not the one of john holding the pig. It's John half man half beast playing a pan flute with Yoko up in a tree dated 1971. It looks like Yokos head was cut and pasted on this womans body (long before the term cut and paste) and Johns face with glasses drawn on with music notes above his head. I've been to many forums and no one has heard of it. One person seems to remember it being an insert in a boot leg cd but this came out of the album maybe 4x6 post card. Anything?

Answer
Hi Bill!

I'm very familiar with that postcard and have several copies in my collection. It's the one pictured here: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v683/Breegha/Beatles/Beatle%20art/186020473_ee...

When Apple released John's 1971 LP "Imagine (Apple SW 3379) it included the poster of John at the white piano and one of two postcards, either the one of John holding the pigs ears (mocking Paul McCartney's "Ram" cover) or the postcard of John and Yoko as Pan and a nymph. The "Pan" card is not quite as common though. It's value is generally almost double the value of the pig card, currently-in mint condition about $12-$15. I hope this helped and thanks for the question!

Peace,
