Would you consider the following songs from the album Sgt Peppers Lonely Heart Club Band representing the following?

Would you consider the following people on the cover of the album Sgt Peppers Lonely Heart Club Band being as; President F.D. Rosevelt, Joseph Stalin, Prime Ministers W.L. Mackenzie and Sir W. Churchill?

Would you consider the back cover photo of the person not showing his face be President F.D. Rosevelt for the simple fact that F.D.R. is a very tall man?

Would you consider Sgt Pepper being as "If something is peppered with small objects, a lot of those objects hit it", Collins Cobuild dictionnary, i.e. bombs?

Hello,

I'm not sure what exactly you're after with your question.

But, no.  I don't consider any of the Sgt. Pepper songs to be about specific events or conferences during World War II.

If you can find and explain the simalies for a research project that you're undertaking, that's great!
