Hello,
I want to know if anyone knows when a Hard Days Night (Universal american
soundtrack) will ever be released on CD.

There are currently no plans to release the US version of AHDN on CD. You can find bootleg copies on eBay which are generally vinyl rips or fan productions which are generally pretty well done. In particular, try to search for edits by Dr. Ebbetts or Mirror Spock who do high quality transfers that many times sound better than what has been officially released on CD. Many times, you can find these mixes on Usenet newsgroups like alt.binaries.beatles
