QUESTION: Hello, If I were to say it would be a lifelong dream for my dad to get a tour of Apple Corps and on to the roof, where would you tell me to start to make that happen?

ANSWER: Hi Michael!

Well, I would more than love to tell you exactly how that dream can be made a reality, but unfortunately, that particular one is now impossible. Apple no longer has their offices at 3 Savile Row, which is where the famous rooftop concert was staged. They haven't been there for years. My understanding is that the building is currently for sale. Apple Corps itself is now located at 27 Ovington Square, in the Knightsbridge area of London. There are no tours whatsoever as it's merely business offices. There are many Beatle tours in London however, mostly walking tours. They do take you by the old location and photos are allowed of the outside of the building, although it doesn't really look the same as it did then. I really wish I'd been able to give you better news. Believe me, I'm all about making Beatle dreams a reality whenever possible...thanks for the question, though!

Thank you very much for the info!  Surely it can't be impossible.  As long as the building is still standing and has a roof I would think there has to be some means of accessing it?  I knew that Apple Corps was no longer located there, i guess i  just assumed it was now occupied by someone else.  Thanks again for the info.

Hi again, Michael...

Well, I made a few calls. The building seems to be occupied by the Council of Mortgage Lenders (or they are the ones who hold the mortgage on the building). Here is their contact information. I didn't call them directly, so I have no idea if the number is good, but this is what I was given. Good luck!
