Beatles, The/Beatles Concert poster

Question
Hey, I have a Beatles concert poster that i got in Paris a few years ago. I bought it from a little market place and the guy had it in a locked box and said he'd only show it to me if i bought it, so I did. It's from Febuary 11th, 1964 when they first came to America and played at the Washington Sports Arena. It says Featuring The Caravelles, Tommy Roe, and The Chiffons. All Tickets $5.00.
I know that you can buy this poster online and it cost like 15 bucks, but they are all printed in pinks and blues, like most reprinted posters. This one however is in black and red writing and it has a printed number on the back of the poster. Im not sure if this makes a difference, but I havent seen any like this one before. I called the big beatles appraisal people and they didnt even believe that I have it. Do you have any idea if its worth anything?

Answer
Dear Elizabeth,

it is difficult to valuate this particular poster, obviously if it is a real old poster this means that it is very rare and it can cost a lot.
However, depending on the status of the poster and on the number printed back, the price can shift from 100 dollars to 2000 dollars.
You should contact a collector and scan a copy of the poster to get a better quotation.

Best,
Sara
