Beatles, The/Beatles 'Revolver'

Question
Was there ever a legit release of a 12 inch 'Revolver' picture disc? I've seen ones in plastic covers, cardboard cut-out covers, and one in a Revolver album cover with cut-out front and standard back (which looks to be the most likely legit).
Thanks

Answer
Hi David!

To the best of my knowledge almost all Beatles picture discs are either bootlegs or foreign releases. Capitol did release a picture disc of "Sgt. Pepper", but other than that, no. However, this is not to say that the unofficial released picture discs aren't valuable or beautiful. Most of them are very well done and I had several in my collection, including one for "Revolver". I hope this has helped. Thanks for the question!

Peace,
