Beatles, The/John Lennon's last public performance

Question
Pattie,
I have  what is being billed as a Super-Sound-Single 45Upm.
It is entitled "Elton John Band featuring John Lennon and the Muscle Shoals Horns".  It is simply in a sleeve (which I am assuming is missing the jacket), picturing Elton John and John Lennon in performance. In the upper righthand corner of the sleeve is the number 0934.006, with a circular logo of DJM in a chain link design, records and tapes printed underneath.
Side one includes "I Saw Her Standing There" and "Whatever Gets You Through the Night".  P.1975 This Record Co. Ltd./* P.1981 This Record Co. Ltd.
Side two is "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds". P. 1975 This Record Co. Ltd.
Produced by Gus Dudgeon. It states "John Lennon appears by arrangements with Emi Records Ltd."
On the back it reads, "28th november 1974...was thanksgiving day as well as the date that an Elton John concert at New York's Madison Square Garden turned into a very special event.  Towards the end of the evening Elton was joined onstage by close friend and fellow musician John Lennon.  Together they performed three numbers - "Whatever Gets you through the night", "Lucy in the sky with diamonds"and "I saw her standing there".  Lennon's performance of the latter surprised many as he has never been known to sing a McCartney song before.
This was the last concert appearance by John Lennon."
This record itself says around the center edging, "All rights of the producer and of the owner of the work reproduced reserved.  Unauthorized copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting of this record prohibited.  Made in Germany by Metronome Musik GMBH.

Answer
Hi PJ!

I'm assuming you have the 12" single from Germany and are looking for an appraisal? I used to have that particular one myself. Yeah, John's last public performance was that night with Elton at Madison Square Garden. It was also the same night that he reunited with Yoko (who had been invited by Elton) after an 18 month separation. Currently, in VG+ condition, that 12" is valued at roughly $25 US. I hope this helps and thanks for the question, it's a great item!

Peace,
Pattie
