QuestionQUESTION: My mother had a garage sale, came across 2 different beatles records, the white album and one that has 28 diferent songs. I don't know anything about what to look for or find out what they might be worth, can you give me a couple helpful hints please. Thanks.
ANSWER: I can't tell you anything about how much they're worth, but I can give you information.
An LP copy of the White Album probably isn't going to be worth much. Only one version of the album was released. Unless you have a very very low (think single digit) serial number on the cover, but I doubt you found one of those at a garage sale.
The other one is a little more intriguing. I can only find one Beatles LP with 28 different songs, that's the 70s compilation "Rock and Roll Music." It's mainly known today for the Beatles hating the 50s-like cover. If that's what it is, someone may want it.
Let me know if that other LP is something else. Thanks for taking your time to ask.

QUESTION: Thanks for the answer, my mom had a garage sale, didn't find it at a sale, sorry I didn't explain that well. On the inside of the white album there is a swbo 101, thats all there is, is that anything? The other, on the cover has the four of them looking down at the camera, on the back is the same setting but younger pics of themselves, at the top of the cover, The Beatles/1967-1970. The record covers are blue and has the lyrics on them.
AnswerOhhhh, okay, I know it now.
The "Blue" album it the second set of two greatest hits albums that came out in the 70s. The other one, 1962-1966, is the "Red" album.
The White album, as well as the red and blue albums, are some of the highest-selling LPs of all time. So, in short...they're not worth much.
