Question
I have an original Beatles Autograph Card, written by themself in the year 1966 in Essen, grugahalle. Backstage a police-officer have got the autograph. Now I want to know, where can I sell this card and what is tghe price for this? Can you help me?

Answer
Hi Peter!

Actually, I no longer do online appraisals. The prices for anything having to do with the Beatles is crazy these days, and it's impossible for someone like me to keep up with the current market. The only ones I feel comfortable appraising even offline would be Johns because I've been studying his for so long. However, if you have a card signed by all four Beatles and have the provenance (your story), it would be worth many thousands of dollars. Your best bet is to contact Frank Caiazzo. He's the worlds leading expert on Beatle autographs. He charges for his service, but he'll give you a good idea of what they're worth in today's market. You can reach him at http://beatlesautographs.com/ Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but for something like this, you really need someone who is an authorised appraiser of Beatle autographs. I do know that if what you have is real, it's VERY valuable. Thanks for the question!

Peace,
Pattie

While I have no degree in "Beatleology", I probably could write a course on it!
