Beatles, The/Beatles Cards

Question
Hi, Pattie --

I do not like selling on eBay or to private owners. Thus, I plan to sell Beatles cards to a dealer at a comic book store. What is a reasonable percentage(s) for him to take off the amount he would pay me, so he could make money selling them in his store?

Thanks!

Kath

Answer
Normally I tell everyone to steer clear of dealers. They are in this to make a (large) profit and you'll never get a good deal from a dealer. However, if this is what you plan to do, don't let them cut more than 15%. You can also ask him if he'd be willing to sell them on consignment, at the same 15%. Good luck!

Peace,
Pattie

While I have no degree in "Beatleology", I probably could write a course on it!
