Beatles, The/All Things Must Pass question

Question
Can you tell me who the real full names are for the O'Hara-Smith singers, Betty and Cyril (who apparently sang backing vocals on George Harrison’s Wah Wah from his All Things Must Pass solo album? Thanks in advance for the reply.

Answer
I'm afraid that there is no simple, straight forward answer to this question.  That said..

The original credits were the O'Hara-Smith Singers, Cyril, Betty and Tommy Boy (meaning George + the other three). So George was the O'Hara-Smith Singers. Then on the remastered release it was revised and included Betty and Cyril as part of the O'Hara-Smith singers in the "passing of" section.  George had an odd sense of humor..

I have not a clue of who Betty and Cyril was. Cyril has a section called Cyril's Rare Guitar on George's ALL THINGS MUST PASS website, so Cyril may have been George or Mal Evans or George's guitar technician.  Go to http://www.allthingsmustpass.com/guitar/index.html for Cyril's Rare Guitars. I have a feeling Cyril was George.
