Question
I've come across a Capitol Label of Rubber Soul. On side 2 it has the Label for the Album 'Revolver'. Cover would be in VG- condition and album is VG++
how much more value does the mislabeling add to the record?

Unfortunately, an album mislabel adds no value to a record. Think of it as, how much would you pay for an original album vs. an original album that had the wrong label? It's just a manufacturing mistake and not something that creates value unless it is sought after and hence increases the demand.
