Question
I've had an unmarked 12"LP (blank black label, no numbers or etchings in the dead area) in an unmarked white cover in my possesion for a very long time, but no record player. Finally I bought a record player and played it. It's the Beatles. The tracks don't sem very well recorded though, and though the tracks are close to the 'Let it Be' album, they aren't quite the same. Here's the tracks: on one side it goes: Dont Let Me Down, I got a Feelin, Long and Winding Road, Dig it (well over 3 minutes, whereas on the Let it Be album Dig it is only about 50 seconds long), I Love You(?), Dig a Pony, and Get Back. On the other side is Get Back (again), a Blues song which I can't really make out, Let it Be, 909, I me mine, and Two of Us
Has there ever been such an album? Some of the songs are different than they sound on the Let it Be album. Seems like they were rehearsing???

Answer
These are part of the "Nagra Tape Rolls" - essentially, the recording sessions used to create the Let it Be album and film.  These are essentially rehearsals of the Beatles during those sessions.  There is no official release, so any release of that material is considered bootleg.
