as for your first question I don't really know.. maybe some article in the press in early days of Beatlemania?
As for the second, William Campbell is the man who is supposed to be the Paul's look a like after Paul died.. of course I refer to the so called "Paul is dead" matter about which you can find everything there is to know at:
