Question
is there a meaning to the song "Piggies?"
if so, can you tell me?

Answer
Hi Olivia,
In the song "Piggies", George's "pigs" were really  businessmen and politicians. He basically saw the majority of these people as pigs, as they would "hog" their way in salaries and % cuts they seemed to attain. As in "Taxman", this song is very biting and overt, as he shows his disdain for these people.
The line "...What they need's a damn good whacking" was unfortunately a line Charles Manson misinterpreted, and used it as a validation to inflict pain on the people he eventually murdered. It was actually a line Harrison's mother gave him for the song.
I hope this answer fufills what you're looking for.
