 With an item like that, the best way to 'get it appraised' is by going to as many record stores you can find. There are some vinyl stores still around selling their merchandise in a 'flea market' fashion, and I would suggest you to find these places, but if you can't find any, then go to a few cd stores. Find out what each one say - Don't mention to any other store you've gone to any other particular store. Tally up the best offer you get, and then go from there on if you want to make a deal.
 I don't know if you live near any places that hold Beatles conventions, but maybe you can find out if any are near you. Get to one of those - There's Beatles fanatics there!
