Beatles, The/Record intro talk

Question
Daft but simple question probably. Which Beatle speaks-narrates the "Roll up, Roll up, Roll Up for the Magical Mystery Tour" intro right at the start of the Magical Mystery Tour track? I say it's Paul but others I speak to say it isn't. Am I right or wrong?

Answer
I spend most of my time as a voice teacher, so I have a very good ear for the sound of individual voices, especially the Beatles', since I've heard their speaking and singing voices so often.  So you can count on me as a good authority when I say it's Paul.
