Question
is there any beatles songs played at 7 8

Answer
The short answer to this is: no.  Here's why.

The Beatles never learned how to read music, and that probably led to them being more free with phrasing.  That did lead to a lot more mixed meter.  So if there were measures in 7/8, there probably wouldn't be more than one at a time.

The other thing with the Beatles never learning how to read music was that they never wrote it down, either.  There is a huge compilation, "The Beatles Complete Scores," published by Hal Leonard, but that's just transcription, and I happen to disagree with many of the complex meter choices they made in it.  Even then, there weren't any measures of 7/8.  In fact, there weren't many measure in 7 at all, and even then you could count them as a measure in 3 followed by a measure in 4.

So even through there are some pretty interesting time signature passages in the Beatles' canon, none are in 7/8.  Thanks for taking your time to ask me a question.

I am a HUGE fan who happened to soak up lots and lots of trivia on her way through Beatle land (I`ve been told I have Beatle radar), so I`m able to answer a question about almost anything!

I'm a professional music teacher, mainly in vocal music. My particular specialty would be questions on the music theory of the Beatles songs, or ending "who sang what" debates.
