AnswerHi alicia , thanks for your question . I knew Iain all my life , visiting him and staying at his apartment in London in the 1980s . You may know that Iain died in May 2006 . He was a very modest man so only by chance I discovered many of the photos he took either in internet articles or by seeing the piles of photos he had lying around the house .
As far as Beatles photos are concerned they are as follows:-
Yoko Ono at the Indica Gallery 1966 for Iain's Book Of London
This meeting lead on to a meeting with John and Yoko and there are some photos taken at Savile Row in September 1968 . He then of course took the 6 Abbey Road shots plus the rear photo of the street sign which he said was a colage of different shots . He stood on a ladder to take the photo .
He also worked with John doing the clouds on the Live Peace in Toronto album .He also did the wedding cake on the Wedding Album . He then worked on the Erection project in 197o doing the stills . He spent time in NewYork in 1971 doing several photos including a book called Flies for Yoko . Other photos form that time are of the couple wearing military uniform , street scenes in New York etc . He also did the Happy Xmas sleeve photo and disc label design of merging heads also used on the Sometime in NYC album . The next collaboration would not be until 1993 when he did the Paul Is Live cover , a copy of Abbey Road . This was his last work . He did some work with Kenny Rogers and the Rolling Stones as well . I'm sure you can find most photos on the internet . Hope that helps , Mike
