Question
i know this is not your area, but i have asked you this question and you referred it to another person who moaned about how they were on holiday and i shouldn't have been allowed to ask them it.it's just about a song john performed with frank zappa called well(baby please don't go) he said the olympics did it but i cannot find it. can you help me out or can you ask somebody else because they just seem to moan when i do.just a straight answer will do.and i won't bother your or anybody elses extremely important lives. PEACE

Answer
1) You have never asked me this question before.  Especially since I don't refer my questions to other experts on this site.

2) The experts are allowed to specify when they are on vacation and unable to answer questions.  If you ignored the sign that said "on vacation," that's your fault.

3) I triple checked for you that the Olympics were the original group that did it.  I dug through my archives and found a clipped out article from Rolling Stone from 1998 that confirmed it as a Olympics B side.  Further research showed it to be the B side of their biggest hit (and the only Olympics song I know) "Western Movies."

4) You want that song, get the 45 on Ebay.  Search for "olympics western movies."  I got a bunch of hits when I entered that.

5) If you want people to not moan at you, don't moan at them first.

Expertise

I am a HUGE fan who happened to soak up lots and lots of trivia on her way through Beatle land (I`ve been told I have Beatle radar), so I`m able to answer a question about almost anything!

Experience

I'm a professional music teacher, mainly in vocal music. My particular specialty would be questions on the music theory of the Beatles songs, or ending "who sang what" debates.
