Expert: John Adkins Date: 7/2/2008 Subject: free bee removal
Question hi john, we have a bee hive in our hay barn. we live on a ten acre ranch in aguanga.i previously went to your website but i dont understand which type of removal is free.we were told some counties have free bee removal because it can be such a hazard.thank you for your time, maureen
Answer Maureen,
I don't know of anyone in Aguanga that does "free" bee removal. Typically if someone says they do free bee removal they're referring to non-structural hives, hives on bushes or trees, ones that are easily accessible. In the southern part of the U.S. where there are Africanized Honey Bees most companies charge a fee for bee removal. I hope this helped.
