Question
Hi, I was cooling my keg outside just before carbonation. The night was much cooler than forecasted, therefore my beer start to freeze. It never turn into ice but still, it was too cold and the kegged beer turn into slush. Can I proceed with carbonation or anything I would do will result into flat beer, so better get rid of it or get use to it?  Thanks, cheers!!!

Answer
Not a problem.
If anything, the process should improve the beer.
Just let it get back to mostly liquid before you carbonate it, and you'll be fine. The only thing to watch out for is that the colder the beer, the more CO2 will dissolve in it, so watch your regulator and be aware that it might be a little overcarbonated if you follow the same procedure as usual. That means you probably should drop the pressure from what you usually use, assuming the beer is colder than you usually carbonate it. Otherwise, just enjoy it.
