Question
Hello again John, You asked me to list a few Brands of Beer so that you may better understand the 'taste' I'm looking for. Ok, here is a short list and I'm pretty sure you know them all :)
Heineken, Grolsch, Steinlager, Cascade Premium. That taste is in all of these and I'd like to have it in my Home Brew. Thanks.

Answer
Basically all of the above brews have these taste characteristics in common:

fresh fruity aroma
malty flavor
thick mouth feel-relates to body
crispy

Grolsch being a little more pronounced being an ale

I'm sorry to tell you this, but extract brewing will never get you that taste. All grain brewing must be used, with a mix of different malt characteristics.

Grolsch also uses a Krausening process, during fermentation

Heineken has a special "A"strain of yeast that they have developed.
