Question
My water is coming from the tap at 8.2 pH . I want a neutral pH of 7 . Do you know on a commercial basis how to lower pH in water or a devise that can meter something into the water ?

Answer
You can adjust your pH for mashing in a number of ways. Simply using a quantity of dark malts will lower the pH substantially. But there is a lot more to brewing water adjustment than simply pH.
