beer has a wang.its tastes like yeast.no more bubbles coming
out of air lock. but cloudy.what do I do to finish out beer
or should I kill the yeast like wine, what Iam I doing to have this cloudy beer.I clean ever thing good.  Michael

Answer
You can clarify your beer in a variety of ways, but I don't think you have to, there's nothing wrong with cloudy beer.

The simplest thing you can do is to rack your beer into a second container--carboy or bucket and wait a week or more before bottling.  This will allow more material to settle out of the beer which will make it clearer.

You can also sprinkle a package of dry, *unflavored* gelatin to the top of the carboy or bucket right now and give it a day or two.  The gelatin will fall through the beer and pull material down as it falls. Then bottle as normal.

Or do both.

But again, the cloudiness doesn't hurt anything, feel free to drink cloudy beer.  And a few live yeasts won't hurt anything in beer, some beers are made to "condition" in the bottle which includes a few live yeasts.

Good luck!
