Answer
Joe

Please provide me with more info:before I can be specific

are you referring to priming?
are you referring to fermentation?
are you brewing from a recipe?if so what does the recipe call for?

Speaking in generalities

Priming:use corn sugar--3/4 cup/5 gallon of beer
fermentation:use invert sugar( mix of glucose&fructose)30% tops.
Yeast--usage rates depends on type brew, and amount of extract.
