describe a quality of beer that is beneficial to beer?

I'm not sure if I understand your question,as written.My take is you are wanting to know what in the process of producing beer has a beneficial effect.If that is what you are asking:

No introduction of oxygen into the product from fermentation to the packaging operation.Beer is very sensitive to oxidation.The breakdown of beer taste,freshness,and aroma,proceeds at a rapid pace,as oxygen is absorbed.The areas of oxygen pick up,can occur at any transfer point of the beer,from one area to another.Examples:transfer to storage,finishing,packaging.
