Beer/fermentation again!?

Question
I was ready to bottle my Canadian Lager home brew just yesterday when I noticed that it started vigorously fermenting again, almost like in the primary stage of fermentation. I checked the hydrometer the day before and it was in the appropriate final gravity range, no real significant signs that it was still fermenting. It's almost like the yeast found a stockpile of sugar and started back up again. Can you tell me what's happening and what's the best plan of action?   Cheers.

Answer
If it was on the top end of the range,I would let it go another day.It may have been the fermentation got off to a slow start, due to lack of enough aeration.Take another S.G.after another day.CO2 production is normally only about 1 or 2 bubbles/second,at end of fermentation. If no major change, bottle.
