Beer/Beer Storage

Question
We had a party. Guests brought beer which we put on ice.  There is allot of leftover beer.  Since it was iced down must it be stored in a refrigerator or can it be stored at room temperature?

Answer
Beer will keep best if you can keep it cold.  Its quality will deteriorate faster at room temperature, and much faster if it gets hot.  So if you've got room in the fridge, keep it there.  If not, find a "cool, dark place" (basement in my house, for example) and keep it there.

In any case, it will be best if you can drink it within a month or two.
