Question
has been left in shed after fermenting for three weeks now but it still very cloudy is this ok

Answer
Might be OK, Brett, probably too early to tell.

Different yeasts take different amounts of time to drop out. A lot depends on what the temperature of the beer has been out there in the shed. If it's close to 32 degrees then it normally be starting to clear up by now.  If it's around 50 then it could easily be still cloudy.

Luckily, nothing you can do to beer can make it so that it will hurt you.

I'd give it another couple of weeks to see if it clears. If it doesn't, then give it a taste test.

Good luck Brett,
