Question
I love beer. But some nights after drinking it i wake up with my nose and eyes streaming then i start to cough . This goes on for hours and i get no sleep. It doesent allways happen tho just now and then I have a nut allergie if i eat nuts with beer so i dont do that any idea as to what may cause this.

Do you always drink the same beer? If so, I have no clue.
If you vary your beer drinking it could be an allergy to an ingredient that some beers have and others don't.
Traditionally, beer is made with malted barley, hops, yeast and water. But sometimes there are other ingredients used for different flavors. Those ingredients include wheat, corn, rice, rye, molasses, treacle, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, heather flowers, spruce tips, cocoa nibs, and more.
Since you live in the UK, perhaps you drink Belgian beers which are interesting because they use many of the extras mentioned above.

Other hobbies include orchid culture, koi keeping, photography, sausage making, pickling, and ham radio.
