Question -
Whats the difference between Beer & Lager.

Answer -
It's all beer.
Generally, all beers are either ales or lagers.
The difference is mainly the type of yeast used to make them. Ale yeasts work at slightly warmer temperatures than lager yeasts, and ales are generally quicker to make than lagers. They also have a bit more flavor, generally speaking.
Most beers made in the world are lagers, but those who really know beer are somewhat more likely to prefer ales.

Whats the difference between Beer & Stout, guinness or murphys etc compare to beer

Answer
All stouts, including Guinness and Murphys, are ales. There are many dozens of different beer styles -- stout is just one of them. For example, bocks and pilsners are lagers, while stouts, porters, and bitters are ales.
As I said, they are all beers.
