Question
I am trying to find out which breweries would have beer available in 1/4 kegs.  I wanted to find a comprehensive list so that I can "shop" for whatever sounds good when it comes time to swap my keg.  Is there any such compilation as far as you are aware?

Answer
No, every brewery has its own policy on keg sizes. Normally, it's a function of what size kegs they can get (when you're talking about microbreweries, they generally buy used kegs as they find them available) and the demand from local customers. Since the quarters are so popular, they're in short supply in the used market.

Also, even when a brewery has quarters available, they will only put some of their beers in them.

I think you'll just have to call the brewery to find out. Good luck!
