Question
What would one study as an undergraduate for brewing, I think I have a basic Idea but would like to know exact classes if I could, also are there any accredited European Schools in Ireland or France for this study

I got this response from a local professional brewer.

Undergraduate study areas:
O. Chem
Chem.
Biology, particular involving microscope related work
Thermodynamics
Basic Elect. Eng. course
Any engineering, really

Contact Beertown.org regarding accredited schools in Europe.  They'll have a full list.  The ones that I am aware of are Domens in Munich, Weihenstephan near Munich, VLB in Berlin, and Heriot-Watt in Scotland.    All these schools have websites.
