Question
I was given a case of GUINESS DRAUGHT in cans that was stored in a closet 2 years and never chilled. Is it still good to drink or be thrown away? Thanks for any advice.

Answer
The flavor has undoubtedly deteriorated. Guinness draught is a fairly light-bodied beer (despite its color), with only moderate alcohol level (less than typical beers).  Both of these factors tend to reduce its shelf life. I'm sure it's not intended to last unchanged for two years.

But, that said, the final arbiter has to be your own taste. So chill a can, open it, and taste it.  If you like it, then go ahead and drink it!
